Lead a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver customer value predictably and sustainably.
You will work closely with Product and Design to plan roadmaps, manage capacity and improve delivery hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes and delivery for a 5–8 person squad
- Facilitate planning, prioritization and clear acceptance criteria
- Raise quality via code review culture, testing and observability
- Grow engineers through feedback, coaching and hiring
- Continuously improve processes and team health
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software teams in product companies
- Strong technical background (web or mobile) and delivery acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on coding in TypeScript/React or Node.js
- Exposure to AI product development
- Experience leading distributed teams
