React Native Tech Lead
Remote / Hybrid • Full‑time
Lead 3–6 engineers delivering high‑quality mobile apps with Expo and modern tooling.
You will act as the technical owner across multiple mobile streams, partnering with product and design.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews and mentorship
- Define app architecture, module boundaries and release strategy
- Own EAS pipelines, OTA channels, feature flags and observability
- Collaborate with backend leads on API contracts and performance
- Champion delivery hygiene and documentation
Requirements
- 6+ years in mobile development with 3+ years in React Native
- Track record of shipping apps to App Store and Google Play
- Strong understanding of performance, security and reliability
Nice to Have
- Team leadership experience in a startup or scale‑up
- Hands‑on with in‑app purchases, push, deep links
- Exposure to ML/AI features on device or via APIs
